1) Program Concept

A structured accreditation system ensuring only approved contractors build booths across all Tahaluf exhibitions. Contractors undergo qualification, scoring, optional audit, then receive an Official Contractor ID and become Active Members.

2) End-to-end workflow (updated)

Contractor starts with registration + subscription package, then admin review, then portal access. Exhibitors browse the approved directory and send qualification requests to contractors per project.

Contractor registers & selects a subscription package

Company profile, capacity, team, and season package selection.

Application submitted with attachments

Request is sent to Impressiv for full review of documents & eligibility.

Admin review, scoring, and optional audit

Document verification, scoring matrix, and (if needed) factory/site audit.

Approval → Contractor portal login issued

Official Contractor ID is issued and the contractor becomes Active for the season.

Exhibitor portal login → browse approved directory

Exhibitor selects a contractor for a booth/project based on category & eligibility.

Qualification request sent to contractor

Contractor receives the request and confirms project readiness & prerequisites.

Design submissions & compliance documentation

Contractor uploads designs, safety docs, and compliance items per deadline.

Job completion → invoicing & fee management

Fees are invoiced and paid within 90 days, followed by seasonal performance review.
